Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims to provide the fundamental conceptual and methodological knowledge of psychological sciences and cognitive neuroscience.

By the end of the course, the student will have achieved the following objectives:

  1. Knowledge and understanding
    Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the history and development of psychology, as well as human cognitive and psychological processes.

  2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
    Be able to apply and comprehend psychological and neuroscientific knowledge to demonstrate a professional approach to work.

  3. Independent judgment
    The student will be able to interpret experimental data to formulate independent judgments.

  4. Communication skills
    Effectively communicate scientific information, ideas, and methodological solutions to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

  5. Learning skills
    Develop the skills and abilities necessary to pursue further studies with a high degree of autonomy.

    Learning Assessment Procedures

    Learning will be assessed through an oral examination. The final evaluation will consider the candidate's mastery of the content and acquired skills, linguistic accuracy and lexical precision, as well as their ability to construct and present well-reasoned arguments.
